Note: What you are about to read are not opinions or beliefs, but instead observations. These observations have been translated into a formula and strategy for creating a more evolved, more advanced human, and civilization. Everything is provisional. My personal opinions and beliefs are completely unimportant. They evolve as I learn. All that is important is that we implement constructive change before global climate change or WMD’s or some other combination of problems further diminish humanity’s opportunity to reach its true potential in equal/mutual health and happiness.

Section 1.01 Survival Instincts Intro
(a) Survival instincts are crucial in a life or death situations within nature. This instinct is also useful at times within what we currently call civilization. However, there are certain times and situations when this same instinct can cause problems within a modern primitive civilization. Those who control this instinct and use it responsibly do not cause harm within the civilization, while others that don’t use control and who are not responsible do cause harm, cause problems. They cause systemic problems and problems for individual citizens.
(b) Within an advanced civilization there should be no trigger of survival instincts to be initiated within any citizen. This does not mean we should try to eliminate the instinct or suppress it to the point of it becoming less effective in times when needed. This means that within the total living environment citizens and public servants should only have it triggered at specific times when it is constructive, not destructive to others, or systems.

Section 1.02 Survival Instincts Or VES Survival Training
(a) An intellectually enlightened person will not suppress legitimate survival instincts but will learn how to best defend themselves in any foreseeable situation. Survival instincts can be substituted by training. The best trained soldiers do not react based on instinct. They are trained to not react on instinct because any sane person’s instinctive reaction would be to get out of a fire fight ASAP.
In a fire fight or other very dangerous moment that retreat might not only lose the battle but get the soldier shot in the back on the way out. The training that replaces the instinctive reaction to survive can in the modern world actually save lives and make people more effective in critical situations. This of course depends on the situation.
(b) VES will train students how to respond to life threatening situations in a manner where they can continue to use their higher brain functions at all times. The survival instinct is often accompanied by fear which shuts down many of the higher brain functions dramatically limiting one’s ability to access viable options when they are needed most. This is not simply courage under fire. This is not a method of making courageous devil may care citizens. This is training to save the individual life and give those around that person better odds at survival as well.
Advanced citizens are cool, calm and know what to do. They are not conditioned to act and react to varied situations as if they are dumped into a superficial category. Students are trained to survive the first few seconds and then acquire information and situational awareness to make the most appropriate response using all their faculties.

Section 1.03 Survival Instincts And Public Servants Duties
(a) In a primitive civilization the phrase ‘public servant’ is a misnomer. These public servants actually serve themselves first. For example the US public found out that both houses of Congress had an underground bunker. They would survive a nuclear attack while those they ‘serve’ broil to a crisp.
By the way, part of the money wasted on black projects went to creating an all new underground bunker system. This replaced the one the news paper had told the public about. The news paper succeeded in only costing the taxpayers another fortune protecting the semi-elite from the mistakes they make. They didn’t close down the old bunker until the new one was mostly constructed, about 3 years after the word got out.
(b) Public servants must be subject to the same exact penalties as those they ‘serve’. When their survival instinct serves the people then that instinct is a good thing.
Retaining a working government in times of war is essential. But when it comes to the point where the defenses fail so completely as to force the civilization’s servants underground then that is a mistake they should pay for first. A redundant number of public servants can replace the crispy ones and do the job the first lot failed to do.
(c) Public servant survival must be identical to that of the people in all areas except in cases where they are threatened by assassins or kidnappers.

Section 1.04 Survival Instincts And Citizen Rights
(a) In primitive civilizations there are citizens who do things in order to survive that are illegal. The reason they do this is because there were no other options available to them. In a primitive civilization those trying to survive are guilty of a crime. While an advanced civilization would look upon this and say is it not more of a crime to put a fellow citizen in such a depraved situation.
(b) If a citizen must break the law to steal a loaf of bread is it he who is guilty of the crime or the civilization who drove him to it? Clearly not all laws are just. Citizens have a right to survive. This means they have a right to do what is needed to survive, to remain in at least a minimum state of health as is a balanced average among all others in his immediate environment.
(c) The citizens should use the basic survival instinct of fight or flight when appropriate. A citizen has the right to protect themselves or defend a fellow citizen when unable to retreat to a safe location.
(d) A citizen has the right to survive and to do what they think at the time will insure their survival.

Section 1.05 Survival Instincts Manipulated By Power Brokers
(a) Power brokers have learned to manipulate the mass’s survival instincts in order to manipulate the people into action or inaction in order to gain resources and or power. This has been done by power brokers for thousands of years. It is done with equal effectiveness today.
Power brokers usually lie to gain resources or power. And the people will more easily believe a big lie to a small one, or so said Adolf.
Intellectually enlightened people are never controlled by this primitive tactic once careful evaluation of the situation is performed.
(b) No public servants should be permitted to manipulate the survival instincts of any individual or group for personal gain.
(c) The survival instinct causes damage within a nation by causing fear among the citizens. Fear is then manipulated by power brokers and politicians so that they may ultimately gain more power and resources.
(d) All the systems of an advanced civilization are designed as to remove any reason why a citizen may feel it necessary to engage their survival instincts or feel the resulting fear. Survival Instincts and fears should not be manipulated by anyone when there is no cause for them to exist.
(e) No entity should exaggerate the threat of a specific thing or event in a manner that might initiate the survival instinct or fear in a manner inappropriate for the real situation. For example some TV news and talk radio and other forms of media use manipulating the survival instinct and fears common to this instinct in order to maintain ratings and profit. In a sane or advanced civilization this would not be legal.
Such entities would be guilty of propaganda which insights a sustained state of ‘instinct and/or fear and/or false belief’ manipulation in order to profit or manipulate the democracy. This would be a crime in an advanced civilization.
(f) Free speech is afforded the individual citizen. But this particular brand of free speech would not be afforded to any entity greater than the individual.

Section 1.06 National Problems Based On Survival Instincts Or Systemic Security
(a) Many problems emerge within primitive civilizations as a result of the survival instinct and its subsequent fears. First power brokers create false threats to trigger the instinct and fears. Then they take resources and power away from the people. With fewer resources and less power the people encounter more problems, escalating problems, and cyclical problems.
(b) Within primitive civilizations citizens exhibit fear for survival through debt. They fear losing the basic necessities like food, shelter, etc. These primitive systems engage this fear and keep it active causing tremendous stress which leads to health problems, productivity problems, division among the people, and many other national problems.
(c) Within primitive civilizations citizens exhibit fear for survival through laws. The laws of the nation become so oppressive as to make an underlying sustained fear within most citizens. Of all the primitive civilizations this is most prevalent within the US. The US incarcerates more people than any other industrialized nation.
Of all the people within that nation exhibiting the right characteristics to fight the tyranny of power brokers it is these who are locked up. It is ironic that the people most capable of freeing all the people from the slavery imposed by tyrants are those condemned to another form of prison by those who need them most.
People have different genetic traits. Some people are more confrontational, more willing to take risks, more aggressive. Instead of using these people in constructive ways they are incarcerated by a power broker system that deems them the greatest threat.
In an advanced civilizations they would be a valuable asset for clearing the greatest threats posed to the civilization. And their genetic aptitude would make them more willing regardless of their level of intellectual enlightenment. This is not a theory, but something I know to be true.
I am not saying all criminals should be released. I am saying with education most of them would have skills and attributes making them a very valuable resource, not a detriment to a society.
(d) If fear of survival exists within an advanced nation then that signifies a profound systemic flaw over and above the threat that triggered the survival instinct and subsequent fear. The systems of civilization would need to be reconfigured based on sound and balanced logic, not fear, to resolve the systemic flaw/s that made fear possible/necessary/pronounced.
The real threat is not the survival instinct trigger. That is relatively small and localized on a national level, like 9-11. The real threat comes from the ensuing struggle for resources/power/control. The real threat did not come from terrorists after 9-11 but the power brokers who manipulated the survival instinct and fears of the people to take what they wanted. To this day we continue to pay for their manipulation, their propaganda, their robbery of the people’s treasury.
I know there are many people who believe that power brokers do not pose that great of a threat to civilization, and more importantly the people. Since the dawn of civilization there have been power brokers using fear to control the people so they can control and profit from the Systems of Civilization. If you didn’t know this we will just blame it on the substandard educational system and news media they control. It is not a conspiracy. Just a convenient effort to maintain a profitable status quo by not implementing more constructive alternatives.
(e) The systems of civilization must provide security for all the citizens. Citizens must be permitted to live within an environment where they feel safe 100% of the time. They must be permitted to explore unsafe situations outside the common safe environment in order to understand and control their instinct and fears.
The advanced civilization must also educate the citizens how to be self reliant in all threatening situations. By doing these things many national problems that stem from the survival instinct and its fears can be partially if not completely removed.

Section 1.07 Global Problems Based On Survival Instincts Or Remove Threats
(a) There are many reasons why nations war, why nations pollute, why nations do things that are destructive to the betterment of humanity. Nations do destructive things because those power brokers at the top want to maintain their ranch, their nation of human cattle from which they gain sustenance. If that ranch is threatened then the power brokers fear losing their heard and processing plants, their systems of civilization. Their survival instinct kicks in. Wars begin, pollution is acceptable as long as it is not in their immediate backyard, human suffering is acceptable as long as it is not them doing the suffering.
(b) The first step to removing global problems which originate from the survival instinct and its fears and beliefs is to educate global community on this instinct and those fears and beliefs that come from it. VES is by far the best educational system for this. It is probably the only educational system which teaches this.
(c) The second step is to remove the threats that initiate or trigger the instinct in destructive manners.

Section 1.08Sec Globalization
(a) The most advanced civilization is one that encompasses the globe. That is as long as it is an intellectually enlightened civilization. No other form of globalization should ever be permitted. If you think those with power cause problems now… Imagine if they had power over all of humanity through one easy to manipulate, easy to corrupt government.
(b) Globalization is very dangerous if built upon power struggles and greed. A global civilization built on Destructive Primal Behaviors is too great of a threat. It must not be permitted to survive. Humanity would suffer in ways so terrible that no fiction writer could foresee such atrocities. It would make everything we have seen in human history seem like a prelude, a mere taste of the hell this would be.
(c) Advanced Globalization would rid the world of several problems linked to the survival instinct, and the destructive fears, beliefs, and relationships that stem from it. For one thing it would mean an end to WMDs. It would mean an end to the threat of war. There would be no need for a military as we know it today. There would be no military industrial complex investing in conflicts and wars. This industrial complex would not exist to fund legislation which kept weapons on the street and in the hands of children, gangs and other assorted criminals…

Section 1.09 WMD And The Survival Instinct Or Systemic Security
(a) Most of us were sold on the idea that there is safety in MAD, Mutually Assured Destruction. We accepted survival under the condition that at any time all of humanity could be obliterated. This makes the survival instinct a little more complicated than ever before.
(b) An advanced civilization does not survive by threatening other primitive civilizations with mutual destruction. There are alternatives. The advanced civilization maintains a conventional military in a manner that can not be removed with any type of weapon. The best way to defend yourself is not to present a target. Since this is a highly sensitive matter it will not be discussed here. The solution to this problem will only be provided to civilizations that adopt the Causality Formula.
(c) Life under a sword may be survival but it does not achieve our top goals. True happiness can not be achieved while living under the constant threat of WMDs. Surviving is a good start but to live happily in a sane world we must purge these threats once and for all.

Section 1.10 Global Climate Change And The Survival Instinct Or Systemic Security
(a) The survival instinct might be enough to get people to do what is necessary to reverse global climate change, however it is doubtful. Humanity is too distracted to focus. Humans have too short of an attention span. Humans are too busy getting their fix of the things to which they are addicted. Humans are too conditioned to think in terms of self preservation opposed to global preservation.
(b) The US government and virtually every other government is corrupted by power brokers. Power brokers have spent every day of their existence in a self reinforced delusion that they are Gods or at least sovereign royalty. This delusion says that they don’t cause suffering of millions of people. This delusion tells them they are smarter and better than everyone else. They don’t need to listen to those beneath them. They believe their resources and power are going to get them through this problem, if it is even a real problem.
They tried to run a propaganda campaign saying Global Climate Change isn’t real. That didn’t go over like they had hoped. But that doesn’t matter. Scientists say the US will need to cut green house emissions by 40%. The Obama plan calls for cutting green house gasses 4%. His plan is to appease the gods and get something, anything passed through Congress. It’s not enough. It is literally suicide to compromise on this most serious threat.
(c) The Survival Instinct is not enough to motivate people to make the changes necessary for their survival as it relates to Global Climate Change. The instinct trigger goes off a few times and that is it. Then we must rely on their emotional motivation to be enough. But even this is not enough. Emotions fade. They lose their potency over time. The people need a solid plan and leadership to implement it.
(d) An advanced civilization would list this problem as priority one for resolution. All the ideas would be tabled regardless of their origination. The best overall plan would be chosen from these. The government would then regulate every system of civilization to implement the best short and long term plans to reverse this problem.
(e) An advanced civilization, like the one I describe in my articles, presented with this problem would resolve it very quickly. It would not be corrupted by power struggles or struggles over resources. The government would regulate all the systems efficiently and remove all green house gas emissions. It would also proactively remove green house gasses from the atmosphere using technologies we already have at our disposal.
(f) The best plan for reversing Global Climate Change is incorporated into the Causality Formula. It will be discussed later.
(g) We must acknowledge that this is a matter of survival for our civilizations, and any sense of order we hope to maintain globally.

Section 1.11 The Survival Instinct And How It Effects You
(a) Happiness is best achieved in the absence of a threatening environment. Whether you are a power broker or not you are subject to the threats within your environment. And those threats do not need to come to fruition for them to seriously damage your health and happiness.
(b) If you want real happiness then you must live in an environment free of threat, a safe and clean environment. If this is not yet achievable on a global scale then by resolving these threats on a national scale one has achieved a much better level of happiness, maybe not ideal but still far better.
(c) Hopefully you now understand how people and power brokers manipulate your survival instinct. You are now more powerful as a result of understanding this. Fears, beliefs and relationships common to the survival instinct will all be explained in future articles. Understanding these will make you more powerful still.
(d) Remember that no matter how powerful you are, you must still live within your environment. So remember why you are gaining this power, to improve your environment, our environment. Then we can all live happy lives together and share in those pleasures.
(e) You probably don’t realize just how much power you have gained by reading this. Now power brokers can no longer use your survival instincts and those fears against you, to take your power and resources. They have done it in the past, but no more. Now realize that you know more about the survival instinct than they do. Knowledge is POWER. Use it for good, not against the people. Or someone with far more power than you can comprehend, might just get up in your grill, and believe me Minime you don’t want dat;]
