Causality Formula, Civilizations Can Not Mirror Nature (page 5)

No matter what your goal is, whether it is to create a more advanced civilization, more evolved civilization, save humanity, save the world, save your nation, improve the environment, or solve the problems we all suffer from today, the solution comes from the same common denominators.  One of those common flaws is the fact that we create and maintain our civilizations in a manner that mirrors nature.

Humanity makes the same mistake every time it builds a new civilization.  We build the civilization to mirror nature, to reward Primal Behaviors, to reward predators, scavengers, and parasites.  This mirror always breaks and we get more than 7 years bad luck.

A civilization is not civilized if it is designed and maintained to reward primal behavior.  Nor is it civilized if it punishes those who actually value the basic ideals of civilization.  An advanced civilization protects, serves and represents the people and their most advanced values.

A civilization built to mirror nature will develop countless problems.  No civilization can withstand the internal competition of human predator versus human prey.  This struggle escalates reaching a crescendo that almost always results in the downfall of that civilization.  If it manages to survive for a while it is not an environment any evolved human would choose to call home when given a choice.

For example when an economy rewards destructive primal competition (destructive because it victimizes), and primal territoriality, and primal hording, and primal social ranking, and on and on, the civilization is guaranteed to eventually collapse.  The people try to protect themselves from the power brokers addicted to primal behavior satisfaction and the power brokers retaliate with an escalation of predatory practices.  These conflicts tear the civilization apart.  This has been seen time and time again throughout history in the vast majority of civilizations.

The rules of nature as it involves relationships should not apply within a civilization.  For example predator versus prey.  Yet other rules found in nature should apply like for instance, those most capable of adapting are most likely to survive and thrive.  Some interpret this to mean that only the strong should survive.  This is what Hitler believed when he tried to exterminate entire races making his the master race.  But beyond that when we look at packs and herds of animals we see that the true mandate of the strong is to balance out and protect the weak.  This is true in the more advanced species.

We see the stronger bison circling the herd protecting the weaker from the predators.  What we rarely ever see after the hierarchy has been established is the strong bison attacking the weaker to improve their social rank.  We don’t see the strong bison steal the food/resources/money of the weaker…  We see the stronger lionesses hunting while the old, sick or injured stay with the cubs.  Physical strength is a very temporary condition.  Mental strength is also temporary but it does offset the loss of physical strength as we grow older.

The primal programming we are born with to serve us in nature does our civilization and thus ourselves great harm.  The US and virtually all other nations/civilizations are not civilized because they continue to use the rules of the jungle, of nature, of natural evolution that are corrosive to civilization.

There is not much that is natural about a civilization of free and united individuals who are not predator, scavenger, parasite or prey.  But that is exactly what a true and advanced civilization is.  A civilized civilization is one that maintains values where predator, scavenger, parasite and prey are no longer permitted or even tolerated, where this behavior is never rewarded.  There are many other factors that make a civilization truly civilized.  These will be addressed.

The simple truth is that some rules of nature should carry over into an advanced civilization and some should not.  Some Systems of Civilization should practice a specific Primal Behavior while in other systems that same Primal Behavior would be destructive.  For example the economic System of Civilization should not reward predators but the military system should under certain situations.

Every System of Civilization must have a carefully defined set of Primal Behaviors and Cortex Values it must adhere to.  Any deviation from these causes problems that corrodes the civilization and ends up damaging the lives of every person.  Individual damage results in social damage.

Civilization should not mirror nature.  We should not create a concrete jungle with human predators and prey.  The solution is to reconfigure civilizations using the Causality Formula in a manner that best serves every person and at the same time serves nature and humanity.  If civilization is to serve us best then it must adhere to our best, most constructive values, not our Primal Desires.

The Causality Formula is a formula that is used to configure all the Systems of Civilization so as to eliminate individual, national, and global problems.  It does this by configuring every system so that Cortex Values replace Destructive Primal Behaviors systemically.  The formula does much more than this but for this subject matter this is sufficient.

This formula repairs our total living environment.  It doesn’t matter how rich or powerful we are.  We must still venture naked into our environment.  We must still depend on that environment.  We must gather our combined strength and stability from that environment.  The more evolved that environment is, the better off we are as individuals and as a people.

The question then becomes how do we reconfigure all the Systems of Civilization?  This will be answered in future articles, in detail.  Read the articles in the order I write them.  I provide this table of contents on my home page.
